By accessing or using NXTBY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NXTBY is an asset operations platform that enables IT teams to track, manage, and audit hardware assets through their complete lifecycle — from procurement to retirement. The Platform provides inventory management, client assignments, repair tracking, billing, reporting, and audit logging.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account or credentials with others
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into NXTBY. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

NXTBY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXTBY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
