Use CSV import from the Assets page — upload a spreadsheet with columns like serial number, model, brand, cost, and status. Most teams are up and running in under 2 minutes. You can also add assets one at a time or clone existing entries.
The ledger is designed for IT hardware that moves between your office and client sites — laptops, monitors, peripherals, networking gear. If it has a serial number and gets deployed, NXTBY can track it.
Your data is hosted on Indian servers with daily automated backups. We use role-based access control and a full audit trail so every action is traceable. Your data is never shared with third parties.
During the beta there's no hard user limit. You can invite operations, finance, and admin team members — each with role-appropriate access to the modules they need.
We'll notify all users before any changes. Your data stays intact. We plan to offer a generous free tier for small teams and transparent per-asset pricing for larger fleets.
